DoorDash, Deliveroo, Skip, and Uber Eats
DoorDash, Deliveroo, Skip, and Uber Eats orders can have revenue centers assigned automatically (without any additional action needed from the restaurant). All you need to do is create a revenue center with one of the following acceptable values:
DoorDash:
DoorDash
Door Dash
Door-Dash
doorDash
Doordash
Deliveroo:
Deliveroo
Skip:
Skip
Skip the dishes
Uber Eats:
Uber Eats
UberEats
Uber
Once the revenue center is created, DoorDash, Deliveroo, Skip, and/or Uber Eats will automatically link orders through the integration to that Revenue Center in real-time. Customers will not need to apply the revenue center to a table, service area or device.
Grubhub
In most cases, Grubhub orders can be assigned to revenue centers. There are circumstances where revenue centers are incompatible with Grubhub's current integration. For guidance on creating revenue centers, see Create and Assign Revenue Centers.
Since Grubhub orders must be manually mapped to revenue centers on the Grubhub end, please reach out to Grubhub directly if you're interested in having your Grubhub orders assigned to a Grubhub revenue center - restaurants@grubhub.com with the following information:
Toast Restaurant Location GUID
Revenue Center you want to use for Grubhub orders
Note: This action cannot be undone. Once Grubhub selects a revenue center of your choice, this can not be deleted in the future.
Revenue Centers and API (Third-Party) Orders
Orders coming from an integration partner will only have a Revenue Center assigned if the partner includes this with the order being sent to Toast.
You need to reach out to the partner to find out if this is a feature that you currently support. Use this linkto give to the partner, which references the Toast API Change Log Notes explaining how partners can apply Revenue Centers to orders.
