  1. Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Catering & events > Online ordering.

  2. From the Online ordering settings page, select Catering capacity.

  3. Under Item limits, select the + Add item limits button.

  4. Use the menu and group dropdown lists to see all items under them, or use the search bar to look up menu items.

  5. Next, select your menu item.

  6. Mark an item out of stock by entering 0 in the Daily limit field.

    1. If you want to set limits for specific dates, select + Add override and set up your desired settings.

  7. Save and publish your changes.
