  • Search for hotel guest records on Toast POS

  • Post checks closed via room charge payments to the guest folio (account/hotel bill) in Infor HMS

  • This integration is supported on the following versions of Infor HMS:

    • HMS Version 3.8.2.1

    • Liaison Version 4C.02.24

    • GIAP Protocol V2.9.1

Enable Infor HMS Integration With Toast

Before enabling the Infor HMS integration in Toast Partner Connect, please contact Infor to set up the integration.

  • The Hotel where my restaurant operates already uses Infor HMS

    • A representative from the Hotel must open a support ticket via Infor Concierge or a support chat to begin the process of adding the Cloud HMS/Toast interface. The support team will alert Infor’s services team, and the contact will reach out to you with a work order.

  • The Hotel where my restaurant operates is in the process of implementing HMS and not yet live

    • Please reach out to the Infor Project Manager assigned to your account and request to add the Cloud HMS/Toast interface.

  • Complete the mapping template provided by Infor’s consulting team

  • Partner with your Infor consulting contact to send the following Infor HMS system information to integrations@omniboost.io:

    • Integration URL

    • Username and Password

    • Property ID

  1. Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.

  2. Enter Infor HMS in the Search bar and select Add Now.

    1. Note: This Integration requires a Hotel PMS Integration subscription. Please work with your Toast Sales contact to subscribe to the Hotel PMS Integration product.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the Data Scope Visibility article.

    1. If you have multiple locations, select which location(s) will use this integration. Once added, select Confirm to finalize the Infor HMS integration's addition.

  4. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation from Infor HMS confirming the activation of the integration.

  5. Contact Omniboost support via email at integrations@omniboost.io to finalize the integration and connect Toast with Infor HMS. In your email, include:

    1. Restaurant name (as seen in Toast Web)

    2. Date you intend to go live with the integration
