Key Features of the roomMaster Integration
The roomMaster integration allows you to:
Search hotel guest records on the Toast POS.
Pot checks closed via Room Charge payments to the guest folio in roomMaster.

Enable roomMaster With Toast
Note: If you are an existing roomMaster customer and would like to request this integration, you may open a ticket through roomMasters’s Support Center: pos-support@omniboost.io.
For new PMS customers looking to activate the Toast and roomMaster integrations, contact roomMaster's US sales team at pos-support@omniboost.io.
To enable roomMaster with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter roomMaster in the Search field and select Add Now.
Note: This integration requires a Hotel PMS Integration subscription. Please work with your Toast Sales contact to subscribe to the Hotel PMS Integration product.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility Support Center article for more information.
Note: If you have multiple locations, select which location(s) will use this integration from the dropdown menu before confirming.
After the roomMaster integration has been added to the restaurant, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from Toast.
Once approved by Toast, you will receive another email from Omniboost directly giving further details for onboarding details and the next steps.
After the integration mapping with roomMaster has been finalized, the Toast Integrations Support team will add the Room Charge Other Payment Option to your restaurant in Toast Web. For more information on payment options, see Set Up Other Payment Options.
Toast recommends that you utilize the roomMaster integration to enable the following configurations within UI options in Toast Web at each restaurant:
