If your screen is currently displaying the default Delphi media instead of your custom content, please check the following:

Review Your Playlist and Schedule
1. To display your own content, you must have a Playlist populated with media that is assigned to an active Schedule.
Support Policy
1. Uploading and scheduling content is a user-managed task. This ensures you have full control over what appears on your screens.
Verify Your Scheduled Content
- If your content is scheduled correctly, your dashboard should reflect an active timeline. You can verify this by following these steps:
  1. Right-click on your calendar.
  2. Select Edit to view the details of your scheduled display.
  3. If your screen shows no scheduled items, please reach out to Delphi Technical Support for further assistance.
Publish Your Changes
- If your playlist and schedule are both confirmed and ready, you can manually push the update to your screen:
  1. Select the player from your list.
  2. Attempt to select Publish to sync your content.
