You might see an amount due on a guest's online order if you've configured cash payments for takeout or delivery orders.

You can disable cash payments on the online ordering settings page if you'd like (Takeout & delivery > Availability > Online Ordering). See the Payment Options section of this Toast Central article, Get Started With Online Ordering, for more details.
