Answer
To set up a backup printer please follow the steps below:
In Toast Web, navigate to Payments > Checks & receipt setup > Printers and cash drawers.
Select the name of the printer you'd like to set up a backup for.
Scroll down to the Backup setting at the bottom of the Printer Configuration section, and select the name of the printer you'd like to use as a backup.
Save and publish your changes.
