How do I print kitchen tickets and receipts from the same printer?

To print kitchen tickets and receipts from the same printer, you'll need to ake sure the printer is selected as the designated receipt printer for the terminal.
On the main menu of the Toast app on your terminal, navigate to Setup > Device Setup.
Select the Receipt printer setting.
Choose the desired printer, and then select Save.
If you're trying to print prep station tickets for the kitchen, please take the following steps:
On the main menu of the Toast app on your terminal, navigate to Setup > Printer Setup.
Select the desired printer from the list.
Select Prep Stations.
Choose all of the prep stations you'd like to print kitchen tickets for.
Select Save Changes.
If you're trying to print expediter tickets for the kitchen or for runners, please take the following steps:
In Toast Web, navigate to Kitchen > Printers, tickets, & KDS devices > Kitchen and ticket setup.
Scroll down to the Printing Mode setting in the Expediter section and look for Expediter Printer(s).
Choose the desired printer.
Save and Publish changes.
