If you encounter this error message when attempting to complete your DoorDash integration setup, it may be due to your user permissions.

In order to complete the last two steps on the Setup Checklist for the DoorDash integration (verifying and confirming your DoorDash account/integration), your Toast Web user account must have all of the following user permissions:

  • 4.5 Edit Full Menus

  • 8.1 Financial Accounts

  • 8.2 User Permissions

  • 8.4 Manage Integrations


Another user with the required permissions can ensure these permissions are assigned to you. For more information, see Assign User Access Permissions.

Alternatively, if you encounter a 404 error when attempting to log in to your DoorDash account during the setup checklist workflow, try clearing your browser's cookies and cache, and then log back into Toast Web and try again.
