To set up an integration with Otter, you'll have to add the integration tile in Toast Partner Integrations by following the steps in this article: Add or Remove an Integration With Toast Partner Integration.

There are no settings in Toast to manage the preparation duration for integration orders through Toast. Any change in this setting must be directly communicated through the integration.
