Get Started With the Fantuan Integration

Learn how to set up the Fantuan integration with Toast.

The integration of Fantuan orders through Toast, instead of a dedicated tablet, offers a significant opportunity to streamline operations and reduce order errors. Additionally, non-Fantuan merchants can now create online stores, allowing them to reach a new niche audience.

Fantuan Integration Features

Integrating Fantuan orders directly into the Toast POS.

Enable the Fantuan Integration With Toast

To complete the integration, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. To enable Fantuan with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.

  2. Enter "Fantuan" in the search field and select Add Now.

    • If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Fantuan. Finally, select Apply.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.

  4. After adding the integration in Toast Web, Fantuan will be notified about the connection.

    • Toast also recommends you reach out to the vendor/partner after adding a tile to confirm the receipt of your integration request.

Onboard With Fantuan

After adding the Fantuan integration tile in Toast Web, the Fantuan Sales team will reach out to begin your onboarding journey. The initial contact process typically takes up to 48 hours. Following this, the complete onboarding process, including store setup and menu creation, requires approximately four to five business days to ensure everything is properly configured.
