What is Scorelink® Service?

Once a week, Scorelink users receive a link to a file that contains their institution’s new TOEFL® score information in their inbox.

Who can use Scorelink?

This service is only available to current Scorelink users. New users are unable to access this feature.

How can I get applicant scores if I don’t use Scorelink?

Conveniently find applicant scores using TOEFL Access! Here’s how:

  • Search for Specific Applicants

    • In TOEFL Access you can use the search bar at the top right corner of your screen to find applicants using their name, email, test date, date of birth (DOB), or appointment ID.

      • We recommend searching by appointment ID.

    • You can also select Applicants from the left sidebar menu.

  • Use Applicant Filters

    • Filters enable you to locate applicants based on specific parameters such as Assessment Type, Test Date, Region, Score Range, and Applicant Status.

  • Export Applicant Score Data

Will the way I connect to Scorelink change once TOEFL Access goes live?

Current Scorelink users will continue to connect to this service the same way they always have after TOEFL Access is launched.
