Is TopstepX compatible with Mac/iOS?
TopstepX™ is currently supported on computers only. All major web browsers are supported. Mobile devices are not supported but stay tuned for updates as mobile apps are coming soon.
Can I use TopstepX on my phone or mobile device?

Can I switch my current Trading Combine to a TopstepX Trading Combine?
No, we cannot provide platform switches since TopstepX™ runs on a different data provider than our other available platforms. Those interested in trading on TopstepX™ will need to start a new Trading Combine.

What is the Topstep Tilt Indicator?
The Topstep Tilt Indicator, or The Tilt™, offers traders a visual representation of the distribution of all orders for a specific product. By displaying the balance or imbalance between buy and sell interest, traders can gain insights into market sentiment and potential price movement directions.
This intuitive tool aids in identifying trends, gauging liquidity, and making informed decisions by providing a clear picture of order flow dynamics.
For traders, it's about spotting opportunities and understanding the underlying market forces. The Tilt™ enhances their trading strategy with real-time, data-driven insights. The Tilt Indicator shows the current trading activity for all traders on TopstepX™. This information refreshes every 10 seconds. Currently, it provides the following products:

NASDAQ (NQ)
Crude Oil (CL)
Gold (GC)
Historical Data for TopstepX
TopstepX™ provides market data on its TradingView Charts that goes as far back as one year.
Product Symbols or Codes, Rollover for TopstepX
TopstepX™ automatically provides the current front month of every Futures product allowed by Topstep, so you will not need to check that you're using the correct front month when trading on the TopstepX™ platform. This means you do not need to keep track of contract months or volume when rollover occurs.
Is Level 1 or 2 Data provided with TopstepX?
Just like all available platforms, Level 1 Data is free and included with TopstepX™. You can add Level 2 Data for $39. How do holidays impact trading in TopstepX?
All Topstep traders follow the same CME holiday market schedule. The holiday hours can be found here, and please make sure you’re on our email list because we send reminders before all holidays.
Can I trade Micros in TopstepX?
Yes, you can trade select Micros in TopstepX™. Currently, the following Micros are available to trade in TopstepX™. Click here to learn more about trading Micros in TopstepX.

Can I customize Indicators in TopstepX?
No, you cannot currently create custom indicators in TopstepX™. TopstepX™ offers all of the standard indicators included with TradingView charts, but it does not have the ability to create custom indicators yet.
Is bot trading allowed in TopstepX?
Bots and algorithmic trading is not currently supported. We will be adding more features in the future, and your voice will help shape TopstepX™, so please feel free to submit any feedback you have here: TopstepX Trader Feedback
Are there Practice Accounts on TopstepX?
Yes, TopstepX has Practice Accounts. Learn more about Practice Accounts here.
Are commissions automatically calculated in TopstepX?
TopstepX™ offers commission-free trading. However, NFA + Clearing fees are deducted from each trade. This is indicated on the Trades tab within TopstepX.
