Search for and filter the tickets in the Plan View

To filter a plan view:

  1. Click on the Search/Filter tab on the left side of the Plan View

  2. Select filter logic in the Filter Logic drop down menu

  3. Customize filters for the time period, locations, roles, ticket type, ticket status and more.

To hide the Search and Filter menu, while keeping the filters applied to the plan view, click on the the two arrows in the top left corner of the Filter Plan view menu.
