Select multiple tickets within a plan to edit, duplicate, copy, delete, align, or move a group of tickets to a new position.
Option 1: Select a Group of Tickets
Click and hold in the background of the Plan View.
When the blue dot appears with two arrows, immediately drag your mouse across the tickets you want to select.
Use the Multi-Select menu to duplicate, edit, align, or delete the selected tickets.
To move the selected tickets, click and drag one of the selected tickets to a new position on the plan.
When finished, click anywhere in the Plan View to deselect the tickets.
Option 2: Select All Tickets in a Swim Lane
Click the three dots next to the Swim Lane name.
Choose Select All Tickets.
All tickets within the Swim Lane will be selected.
When finished, click anywhere in the Plan View to deselect the tickets.
Option 3: Select Individual Tickets
Double-click a ticket to select it.
Continue selecting additional tickets to create a multi-selection and open the Multi-Select menu.
To remove a ticket from the selection, double-click the individual ticket again.
Quick Tip: Use the Search/Filter tab on the left side of the Plan View to narrow down your tickets. Once your filters are applied, you can multi-select across the entire plan, and only the tickets that match your search criteria will be selected.
