To copy a sequence of tickets between different projects, use the Multi-Select feature to select the tickets you are wanting to copy OR click on the three dots next to the swim lane name and click on Select All Tickets. From the Multi-Select menu, click Copy to another project.
In Step 1, select the project these tickets will be copied over to. Then select a Destination Plan and Copy Type from the drop down menu.
Exact Copy: Tickets carry over exactly as they were, including their status, pin history, variances, and actual values
Template (Current): Tickets copy with their current values, but status, pins, and variance are cleared giving a ‘fresh’ starting point
Template (Original): Tickets copy with their original planned values, but clearing history
In Step 2, choose to map or copy over Custom Fields, Variance Reasons, Locations, and Roles from the original project into the destination project
Map: choose and customize these fields between the Source Project to the Destination Project
Copy: will copy over exactly from the Source Project to the Destination Project
Optional: mark the check box to add all members from the Source Plan to the Destination Project
Select a member from the Assign Constraint to Member drop down option to assign all constraint tickets being copied to a user
Note: All constraints will be assigned to the selected person if all members are not added to the Destination Project
Select the Insertion Point for the copied tickets in the Destination Plan
Click ‘Start Copy’ once finished
