Use the Split Ticket function to break multi-day duration tasks into single or weekly duration tasks with one click. Breaking down longer activities can help track completion of tickets.
To split a ticket into single day task tickets:
Click into a task ticket
Select the three dot button at the top right of the ticket edit window
Click Split Ticket By Day
To split a ticket into weekly task tickets:
Click into a task ticket
Select the three dot button at the top right of the ticket edit window
Click Split Ticket By Week
