Create Ticket Import Data Source Using BoardScan

Note: Projects must create a data source to link their files to prior to using the ticket import feature

To create a BoardScan ticket import data source:

  1. Click on the three dotted button next to the Project Name

  2. Select Project Settings

  3. Click ‘Create New Data source’ under the Data Sources drop down menu

  4. Enter a Data Souce name (ex. BoardScan)

  5. Select ‘BoardScan (Uses AI)’ under the Data Source Type dropdown menu

  6. (Optional) Enter in a WBS Separator if you would like, however this is not needed for a BoardScan data source

  7. Click ‘Save’
