Create Ticket Import Data Source Using a P6 Excel File

Note: Projects must create a data source to link their files to prior to using the ticket import feature

To create a P6 ticket import data source:

  1. Click on the three dotted button next to your Project Name

  2. Select Project Settings

  3. Click ‘Create New Data source’ under the Data Sources drop down menu

  4. Enter a Data Souce name (ex. P6)

  5. Select ‘P6 Excel’ under the Data Source Type dropdown menu

  6. Enter a WBS Separator

    7. Click ‘Save’
