Constraint Notifications

Receive email notifications when constraints are assigned to team members

When a constraint is assigned to a project member, the recipient will receive an email notification.

How to enable (or disable) constraint notifications in Touchplan:

  1. Click on the three dots next to the project name

  2. Select 'Project Settings' from the bottom of the drop down list

  3. Click on 'Constraint Notifications' and toggle on (or off) constraint notifications

  4. Click 'Save' when done

What the email notification includes:

  1. The project and plan the constraint lives on

  2. A description of the constraint

  3. Who assigned the constraint

  4. The need-by date

  5. A direct link to the constraint itself

Please note: If multiple constraints are assigned to an individual within 10 minutes, the recipient will receive one consolidated email.
