Create a Zoom Profile In The Plan

Zoom Profile lets you save your current zoom settings so it can be quickly reused or shared across a plan or project. Once a project admin creates a Zoom Profile, it becomes available to all members of the plan.

To create a Zoom Profile:

  1. Navigate to the desired view of your plan and adjust the zoom to your preferred level.

  2. In the bottom-left corner of the plan, click Zoom Profile.

  3. Select + Save Current Zoom.

  4. Enter a name for the Zoom Profile and ensure that the Current View Settings are correct.

  5. Click Save.

Your new Zoom Profile is now available for all plan members to use.
