Plan for Today Emails give Basic users a quick look at the activities planned for them each day.
Each day, users will receive an email with a PDF attachment showing the activities scheduled for that day that match their assigned role(s).
What’s included in the email?
The PDF includes the following information for each planned activity:
Plan
Activity
Swimlane
Location
Planned Start
Planned Finish
Crew Size
Role
This makes it easy to review your schedule and see what’s planned before getting started for the day.
How to Enable or Disable Plan for Today Email Notifications in Touchplan
By default, Plan for Today email notifications are enabled and are automatically sent to Basic Members.
Click the three dots next to the project name.
Select Project Settings from the bottom of the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Plan for the Day.
Use the toggle to enable or disable the email notifications.
Click Save when you’re finished.
Note: Only Admin Members have permission to enable or disable Plan for Today email notifications at the project level.
