Tourmie has completely redesigned the Online Check-in experience — for both you and your guests — providing a modern, easier, and more flexible way to manage guest arrivals.

Let’s explore all the new features and how you can take full advantage of them!


New Online Check-in Page in Menu

The Online Check-in now has its own dedicated page in the Tourmie menu.

From there, you can easily manage:

✔️ All your check-in forms
✔️ Your custom form questions
✔️ Guest check-in submissions

💡 Everything is organized in one place, so you can easily find and manage everything you need.

Important: All check-in submissions have been moved to the Online Check-in page, under the Submissions tab. There, you can:
✔️ View detailed guest information.
✔️ Export submissions to a file.
✔️ Easily manage all your guest data in one place.


Redesigned Check-in Form in the Guest Guide

The check-in form your guests see has a fresh, modern, and user-friendly design, now structured into 3 simple steps.

The process is clearer, easier, and more enjoyable for guests, improving their overall arrival experience.

💡 Plus, new features allow your guests to better organize their stay in advance — such as selecting services or submitting special requests during the check-in process.


Multiple Check-in Forms

You can now create different check-in forms, tailored to the specific needs of each property — based on type, location, or unique requirements.

This allows you to collect exactly the information you need for each case, with no unnecessary questions.

How to do it: On the Online Check-in page, click + Add form, enter a title, and customize the fields and settings to fit your needs.


✅ Fields Customization

Design each check-in form exactly how you want. You can define which fields are visible and which are required, so you only collect the information that truly matters.

💡 For example, you can request arrival time only for properties that require check-in coordination or travel purpose only for specific locations.


✅ New Identification Document Settings

Customize the settings for each type of identification document individually (Tax ID, National ID, Passport, Driver’s License):

✔️ Choose whether to request the document number
✔️ Choose whether to request the issue date
✔️ Allow or disable document upload
✔️ Set which document type is required based on guest nationality

💡 This way, you have all necessary details prepared in advance and stay compliant with legal requirements — without back-and-forth communication.


✅ Guest Requests During the Check-in Process

Allow guests to submit specific requests (such as early check-in, late check-out, baby cot, etc.) during the check-in process.

Where guest requests appear in the form:

• Step 2 of the form

  1. Early check-in: When the guest selects an arrival time earlier than the standard check-in time you’ve set.

  2. Late check-out: When the guest selects a departure time later than the standard check-out time you’ve set.

• Step 3 of the form: All requests

Guests can view all the request options you've added to the form. For chargeable requests, guests will be asked to securely provide their card details. Their card will only be charged once the request is approved.

💡 This helps you better plan their stay in advance, improve the guest experience, and increase upsell opportunities — effortlessly.


Promotion of Services Right After Check-in

Once guests complete their check-in, you can showcase selected services — your own or your partners’ — so they can book them instantly.
