Using Tourmie’s Guest Guide & Online Check-in in Hosthub’s Automated Messages

Once you’ve connected your Tourmie account with Hosthub, you can automatically send your guests:

  • Their Personalized Guest Guide, with information about their stay, local recommendations, and available services. 💡 What is a personalized guest guide?

  • The Online Check-in Form, for a smooth and fast check-in process.

This is done via Hosthub’s Automated Messages.

Step 1: Copy the correct links

➤ If you’re using Tourmie’s default domain (guests.tourmie.com):

• Guest Guide URL:

https://guests.tourmie.com/hhbgg/{hosthubBookingID}

• Online Check-in URL:

https://guests.tourmie.com/hhboc/{hosthubBookingID}

📌 The {hosthubBookingID} shortcode is automatically replaced by Hosthub with the booking's unique ID — you don’t need to change it manually.

➤ If you have connected your own custom domain or subdomain in Tourmie (e.g. guests.yourdomain.com):

• Guest Guide URL:

https://guests.yourdomain.com/hhbgg/{hosthubBookingID}

• Online Check-in URL:

https://guests.yourdomain.com/hhboc/{hosthubBookingID}

Replace "yourdomain" with your property’s domain. Example:

https://guests.seaviewvilla.com/hhbgg/{hosthubBookingID}

⚠️ You need to connect your domain to Tourmie before using a custom link.

Step 2: Add the links to Hosthub

  1. Log in to your Hosthub account.

  2. Create a new message or edit an existing one.

  3. Insert the appropriate link (Guest Guide or Online Check-in), making sure {hosthubBookingID} is included.

  4. Save the message.

This way, the automated messages sent to the booking platforms through Hosthub will include the Personalized Digital Guide and the Online Check-in Form for your guests.
