Tourmie connects with the TTLock smart locks, providing a fully automated check-in process that enhances your guests’ arrival experience and simplifies the management of your property.
Below are the steps on how to connect TTLock with Tourmie and effectively manage your smart lock codes.
How the integration works
1. Account Connection:
Your TTLock account is securely connected to your Tourmie account, creating a seamless integration between the two systems.
2. Automatic Code Generation:
For every new booking, Tourmie automatically generates a unique access code for the corresponding TTLock smart lock.
3. Code Delivery:
The access code is automatically sent to your guest via email, SMS, or WhatsApp before their arrival. Also, the access code is automatically updated in your guests' personalized Guest Guide.

Allow smart lock access only through the guest’s personalized guide. The “Open door” button will only be available in the guest’s personalized guide, preventing access from shared links like the generic and property guides.
Allow smart lock access only after the guest has submitted the check-in form. The button becomes active only once the guest completes and submits the check-in form.
Allow smart lock access only when the guest is within a specified distance from the property. The button appears only when the guest is within a specified distance from the property (e.g. within 50 meters).
Note 1: After the guest’s stay ends, the “Open door” function is automatically disabled and no longer accessible to the guest.
Note 2: The “Open door” function can be locked and set to become available automatically a specific number of days or hours before the guest’s arrival, for enhanced security.
To lock this function:
Go to Guest Guide > Locked Fields.
Locate the field “Door code” or “Door code (building)” and click Edit.
Set the time period (e.g., 30 minutes before arrival) when the field should unlock and the “Open door” function will become available to the guest.
Automatic Code Generation Settings
From the General settings tab, you can enable or disable automatic code generation options for your smart locks.
Automatic code generation when a booking is created. Tourmie will generate a unique code for the corresponding lock for every new guest.
Automatic code update for the locks and in the Nuki application. The code will be automatically sent to the Nuki system to activate it on the lock—no manual action needed.
Generate code using the first 6 digits of the guest's phone number. The access code is automatically created using the first 6 digits of the guest’s phone number.
Generate code using the last 6 digits of the guest's phone number. The access code is automatically created using the last 6 digits of the guest’s phone number.
When automatic code generation is enabled, Tourmie generates unique codes for each booking and sends them to TTLock's API to activate them on the corresponding locks.
📌Important note: Upon check-out, the access code is automatically revoked from the TTLock system.
