This article is intended for players of clubs who are temporarily using Open Tee Times as a tee time solution for daily play to health and safety restrictions.
To register for tee times, you will need access to the tee time registration portal. This may be a link on your club website or within an email that was sent to you. After accessing the link, you may (or may not) be asked to log in with an email or password.
Once you access the portal page, follow these instructions:
(This step will be skipped if you logged in with an email/password) Search and select your name from the dropdown. You may be asked a question to validate yourself.
Click "Next".
Click "Select" for the tee time they would like to choose.
Sign up any other members or guests.
Click “Done”.
You will then get an automated email confirming your tee time, players in the group, and date (as shown below).
The sequence below shows the process of a player (who is not logged in with an email/password) selecting a day, tee time, and adding a member and guest to the tee time.
At any time, you can go back to the portal to cancel or make changes to a current tee time (move time, change players, etc.).
