On occasion a manager may need to manually add players to a roster by virtue of a last minute change or they have an event with a small number of players where it is easy enough to just type the players and their information in one-by-one.

As a manager you can add a player in a couple different locations and we have made it easy for managers to add all the player data in one location.

Go to Golfers > Manually Add Players to Roster. Type in the players and their information (as shown below). If there are custom fields in this event, you can also enter custom field information.
Keep in mind that not all of the information is required (eg email, Handicap Index, GHIN #, and even first name) In the sequence above, you will see there is also another option to add more golfers on the bottom left.

If you already have pairings created and would like to add a player to the roster and pairings at the same time, go to Rounds > Edit Existing Pairings. Select Add Player, then New Golfer. Enter their information and place them in the empty slot in the pairings (as shown below).
