How do I print a tee sheet with player GGID numbers on it?

Updated over 4 months ago

Q: We need to print a list of players and their GGID numbers. What options do I have to print player GGID's?

A: There are several options you have that can be used to share GGID. One option is to share them through text message or email. If you need to print GGIDs you have several options as well. You can print GGID using the following:

  • Player Tip Sheet: Print the Player Tip Sheets. This is a customized report by player with course, tee, time, hole, other players and a customized message that can be handed out to each player.

  • Pro Tip Sheet: Print the Pro Tip sheet from the report center found in Basic Reports. This is a condensed report listing groups, starting hole, time and GGID.

  • Customized Reports: You can create customizable reports or edit any community report to include Player GGIDs. This can be done by including the "Player GGID" field (as shown below) when creating a report using the Report Composer, Page Composer, or Spreadsheet Composer.

    Some suggestions:

    • Include the Player GGID on an alpha list created by the Report Composer.

    • Include the Player GGID on a tee sheet/starter sheet created by the Report Composer.

    • Create sticky labels that include Player GGIDs using the Page Composer. These labels can then be attached to other material (e.g., rules sheet, hole location sheet, scorecard, etc) or even their golf bag.

  • Community Reports: Go to Round > Community Reports and search "GGID." Several report options will be displayed, including cart signs, tee sheets, scorecards, and more.
