How can I turn off the scorecard emails that are sent after finalizing scores?

This feature is available for the following products:

Q: After completing a round, I players receive an receive an automatic email that includes their finalized scorecard (along with other statistics). How can turn this email off?​

A: This can be done by using Email Configuration.

  • For the case where you'd like to disable automated scorecard emails sent in all future events/leagues, go to Customer Center > Customer Settings > Email Configuration.

  • For cases where you'd like to disable the automated scorecard emails sent only in a specific event/league, go to the event/league, then Golfers > Email Configuration.

In the "Round Results" tab of the Email Configuration, disable the "When a golfer's scorecard is complete..." email so it show "Off" (as shown below).
