Post-Round Scorecard Email Notifications

After the completion of a round, players can be sent an automated email that includes their completed round scorecard and other statistics (as shown below).

To set up these email notifications, access your Email Configuration to review and customize the email template. Follow these instructions:

Go to Customer Center > Customer Settings > Email Configuration. This email template will be propagated to all of your future events. To customize an email template for a specific event, go to the event, then Golfers > Email Configuration.

  1. Select the "Round Results" tab.

  2. Enable the "When a golfer's scorecard is complete" email using the toggle switch.

  3. Click "Edit."

  4. Review the email template and customize (if necessary). The default template will already include the scorecard and other statistics. The "%scorecard%" data field will list the actual scorecard.

  5. Click "Refresh Preview" to view the preview of the scorecard.

  6. Click "Save" to save the template.

Your players will then be set up to receive scorecard email notifications for future rounds. Email notifications will be sent once all scores have been entered for a player via the Manager Site, mobile app, or scoring stations.

To enable or disable these email notifications on a round-by-round basis, go to Rounds > Enter Scores and turn the "Email Notification" toggle switch "OFF" (as shown below).

Notes:

  • Scorecard notifications will not be sent if playing alternate shot or scramble. They also will not be sent if only 9 or 18-hole totals are being entered (as opposed to hole-by-hole scores).

  • When playoff holes are used, the email notification will be sent after the 18-holes have been completed.
