That all changes with Golf Hub Flyers, a robust design editor. This intuitive editing tool allows you to create captivating marketing materials for your events, leagues, and clinics. Build from scratch or utilize a template to create your Flyer in a few simple steps.

In this article, we will discuss how to manage, set up, and create Golf Hub Flyers in conjunction with Golf Hub Pages.
Setting Up Golf Hub Pages:
Before creating a Golf Hub Flyer, you will need to take the following steps first:
Create an Event/League: Create a new event/league or access an existing one as usual.
Create and Publish a Golf Hub Page: Once you have created your event/league or within an existing event/league, go to Apps > Create Golf Hub Page (as shown below).
Fill in the details for your event/league or clinic with a description, schedule of events, sponsor logos, and specific banners. Then save and publish the page. Golf Hub Flyers Dashboard:
Before creating a new Flyer, it is important to review your Flyers Dashboard. This is where you will see templates, your Flyers and create new Flyers. To access the dashboard after publishing the event/league or clinic Golf Hub Flyers, go to Apps > Flyers (as shown below).
The Flyers page contains two main sections:β
Templates: Designed Flyers that are ready to customized with event details. Note: When adding event details to a template, you can utilize dynamic fields to use the template for more events without any additional work. More details can be found later in this article.
My Flyers: These are Flyers you have created from scratch or templates you have customized further for your event. More details can be found later in this article.
In addition to these areas, you also have the following buttons:
New Flyers: Create and design a completely custom Flyer. More details can be found later in this article.
Golf Hub Flyer Template:
Golf Hub Flyer Templates are a collection of pre-designed Flyers that can be customized and used throughout the year. You will be able to take the following actions on templates:
New Flyer: Create a new custom Flyer using a template.
When using a template, add event details with dynamic fields so the template can be used for more events/leagues without any additional work. To use any template, follow these directions:
Within the Event/League, go to Apps > Flyers.
Hover your mouse over the desired template and click "New Flyer."
Insert tournament-related information using text variable (dynamic fields):
Click "Text" on the left column to add new text or
Select any existing text, click "Edit," then "Insert Variable" to add/replace a variable to existing text (as shown below).
Make additional adjustments to the design of the content.
Update the QR Code.
Delete the existing QR Code.
Click QR Code.
Click the image of the QR Code to add it to the flyer.
Move and adjust the size of the QR Code image.
Click "Save," and the flyer will be added to the My Flyers section of the Flyers Dashboard.

My Flyers:
My Flyer on the Dashboard is a collection of Flyers you have previously customized and used for other events. You can customize the Flyer, if needed, and print it for the current event. You can take the following actions on "My Flyers" designs:
Edit/Print Flyer: Make additional edits to the Flyer and/or print the Flyer.
Delete Flyer: Permanently remove the Flyer from your collection. Note: Use caution when selecting this option, as the Flyer cannot be recovered.
When using any flyer, adding event details with dynamic fields (variable text) is beneficial so the flyer can be used for more events/leagues without any additional work. To edit/print from "My Flyers," follow these directions:
Within the Event/League, go to Apps > Flyers.
Hover your mouse over the desired Flyer and click "Edit/Print Flyer."
Insert tournament-related information using text variable (dynamic fields):
Click "Text" on the left column to add new text or
Select any existing text, click "Edit" then "Insert Variable" to add/replace a variable to existing text (as shown below).

Update the QR Code.

Click "Save" to save the changes to the Flyer, and click "Save PNG/PDF" to download the Flyer to your computer for printing.

Creating New Golf Hub Flyers:
You can design your flyers any time from the Flyers Dashboard. This allows you to have full creative control of the content. To create your Flyer, follow these directions:
Within the Event/League, go to Apps > Flyers.
Click "New Flyer."
Add design elements to your Flyers. For more details on designing Flyers, Click Here.
Make additional adjustments to the design of the content.
Update the QR Code.
Delete the existing QR Code.
Click QR Code.
Click the image of the QR Code to add it to the flyer.
Move and adjust the size of the QR Code image.
Click "Save," and the Flyer will be added to the My Flyers section of the Flyers Dashboard.

Printing Golf Hub Flyers:
**Important Note**
Before printing your Golf Hub Flyer, check the QR Code to ensure it directs golfers to the correct event. If it does not direct golfers to the correct event, edit the flyers and insert a new QR Code.
You can print any Flyer added to the "My Flyer" area of the Flyer Dashboard. To print a Flyer, follow these directions:
Within the Event/League, go to Apps > Flyers > My Flyers.
Hover your mouse over the desired Flyer and click "Edit/Print Flyer."
Select one of the following options:
Save PNG: Export the Flyer to your computer as a PNG. Note: Export the Flyer as a PNG if you intend to add it to a web page or social media.
Save PDF: Export the Flyer to your computer as a PDF. Note: Export the Flyer as a PDF if you intend to print the Flyer.
After clicking Save PNG/PDF, the Flyer will be downloaded to your default download folder, where you can access, print, and share it.
