Adding SSO Links to your Clubessential Calendar

Once you have SSO set up with Clubessentials (contact our support team to initiate this process) you can link an event in your Clubessentials calendar to an event portal.

Here are the steps necessary to accomplish this:

  1. Need to set up your event or league and have your portal designed the way you would like (once you paste the link, members can see the portal).

  2. Copy the SSO link. The SSO link is found by going to your Customer Center > Customer Settings > Integrations and scroll down until you see a tab for SSO Links. We suggest copying the link to the portal vs registration. This allows the casual viewer to see information before having to register.

  3. Log in as an Admin to your club’s CE website and navigate to the calendar. Add your calendar event and paste the SSO link in the space noted below with the red arrow.

Once you have pasted the link, save your event. We suggest impersonating a member to see exactly what the member would see when they navigate to the calendar and select the event. For instructions on how to impersonate a member, contact your Clubessentials rep.
