Q: We use Generalized Event Roster Sync for our League, but the Round Roster is not updating. Why is the round roster not updating when using the roster sync?
A: The Generalized Event Roster Sync only syncs with the Golf Genius Event/League Roster. Round rosters do not sync when using the Generalized Event Roster Sync. As a manager, you can continue to import and sync the event roster. However, you will not be able to sync Round Rosters that change weekly for leagues.
Changes to the Round Roster will need to be made by going to Round > Round Roster. For more details about managing round rosters, Click Here.
Note: When attempting to sync rosters weekly, this may cause duplicates in your League Roster.
