Posting hole-by-hole scores to GHIN can easily be done when the following conditions are met:
Player's GHIN number and Last Name must be in the Event/League Roster. If you imported players from GHIN, then that necessary step is complete. If the players in the event or league came from your master roster, make sure all the players have their correct GHIN number and Last Name in the master roster.
Imported courses from the USGA CRD must be compliant with the USGA CRD database. For more details about verifying your course, Click Here.
Hole-by-hole scores are entered for each hole played.
To post 9-hole scores, 9 scores must be entered. To post 18-hole scores, 10 scores must be entered. Note: GHIN will calculate the adjusted gross score for each player and can be seen in the "Score Posting Report."
The option to post scores is enabled in the Event/League Profile. Go to League/Event > Event/League Profile > Handicap Settings. Make sure "Post Scores to GHIN" is selected (as shown below). Now you are ready to start posting scores.
