In January 2024, the CDGA transitioned away from what was known as the CDGA# to what is known as the Central Computation (WHS)#, which Golf Genius Tournament Management refers to as a GHIN.
In this article, we will share relevant links on how to upload Central Computations #'s to player profiles and how to retrieve and post scores.
Adding a Central Computation (WHS) #'s to Player Profiles:
This can be accomplished in the following ways:
Upload from a Spreadsheet
Manually Enter Central Computation ID Numbers
GHIN Lookup from Player Profile
Upload from a Spreadsheet:
When compiling a spreadsheet to load a new master roster, add a column with the Central Computation ID Numbers. Title that column "GHIN Id" for ease of matching when uploading the spreadsheet.
When updating your existing master roster, add your player's Central Computation ID Numbers to the column titled "GHIN Id."
After uploading the spreadsheet, you will be taken to a column-matching page where you can match columns from the spreadsheet to the appropriate fields in the master roster. Note: Make sure to match the column with player Central Computation ID Numbers in the spreadsheet with the "GHIN ID" attribute in the master roster.
If you are uploading players to an event via spreadsheet, we suggest using the same process when loading your event roster.
