Player Dashboard Portal Page

This feature is available for the following products:

The Player Dashboard Portal Page allows your players to view their player information all on one page (as shown below).

Players can only view their own player dashboard and must be logged in to view the page. When logged in, they can view their:
​

  • Public Player Profile (player information, point standings, statistics)

  • Personal Information (e.g, address, email, phone number, date of birth, etc)

  • Membership Program Information

  • Participation History

  • Transaction History

Players can also edit their:

  • Public Player Profile

  • Personal Information

  • Membership Programs

Player Profile Tab:

The Player Profile Tab displays the player's public player profile (if set up). This includes the player's public information, playing statistics, and point standings (as shown below).

Players can also edit their public player profile by clicking "Edit Player Profile".

Participation History Tab:

This tab displays the player's event participation history. In the event, public player profiles are not enabled, the Participation History Tab is the landing tab. The history is organized by future events and past events (as shown below).

Players can:

  • Edit Player Profile,

  • Filter by seasons (if set up),

  • Cancel registration (if set up),

  • Select the events to view their portals,

  • Click the "Booking" action to register for upcoming league rounds with available Open Tee Times,

  • Click the "Leaderboard" action in past event to view tournament results, and

  • Switch between Round level view (as shown below) and Event level view (as shown above). In round level view, players can see more detailed information (i.e., round dates and tee time)

Registration & Membership Tab:

This tab displays the player's personal information (e.g., email, phone number, address, date of birth, etc) that was entered when they registered to the Master Roster or to an event. It also displays information for the Membership Programs they are enrolled in (as shown below).

Players can edit their personal information by clicking "Edit Registration". They can also edit their Membership Programs by clicking "Edit Memberships".

Transactions Tab:

If using payment processing, players can view their transaction history for event registration and Membership Programs. Players can also print receipts from those transactions (as shown below).


Further, they can also filter transactions by event and export the transactions to an Excel spreadsheet.
