In this article, we will discuss how to set up and manage Public Player Profiles for players in your Master Roster.
Public Player Profile Setup:
Once this feature is enabled, go to Customer Center > Directories & Registration > Public Player Profiles. The following options are available for your setup:
Player Profile Header: Select the information that should be displayed in the profile header. The information on the header usually includes prominent information that summarizes the player (as shown below).
Player Info: This information is listed in the first tab below the header. Player information fields can be separated by sections. Every section can be organized into one or more columns. In the example below, there are two sections (Biography and In The Bag). The "Biography" section only has one field (including the biography). The "In the Bag" section includes six fields separated in 3 columns.
To populate this tab, follow these instructions.
Select "Include Player Info"
Click "New Section"
Enter the name of the section
Select the number of columns the fields should be separated into.
Click "Add Field to Section" and select the first field to include in this section. If a field is not available, it will need to be added as a custom field first. Click Here for instructions.
Click "Go"
Add any additional fields to the first section.
Click "New Section" to add a new section with more fields (if necessary).
If you have multiple sections, you can reorder the sections by turning the "Reorder Sections" switch ON and using drag and drop to move the sections up or down (as shown below).
You can also reorder fields within a section by using drag and drop (as shown below).
Take a look at the setup below.
This setup will result in the following personal info page.
Additional Information: The following tabs below can be selected to be included in the player profiles:

Once the profile setup is finalized, click "Save". You can always go back and make adjustments if necessary.
Adding and Changing Player Information:
Player Profile information can be uploaded via spreadsheet or it can be entered individually by going to Customer Center > Master Roster > View Master Roster, selecting the player, and entering the answer to the custom field(s).
Players can view and edit their full profile by accessing the Golfer Profile Page on the portal (if made available) or Player Dashboard Portal Page (if made available). They can also access their profile when clicking their name on a leaderboard or season points page. When doing so, they can click "Edit Profile" (as shown below).
After selecting "Edit Profile", the player can change or add information to any of the fields (as shown below). Furthermore, they can select which fields are visible to the public. This method of changing player profile information can also be done by Managers.
If managers would like a quick view of a player's public profile from the Manager Site, they can go to their Player Roster Profile, and view the public "Player Profile" tab (as shown below).
