The Rules Official Request feature allows players, volunteers, and other officials to request assistance from a Rules Official directly through the Golf Genius mobile app, streamlining on-course assistance. Rules Official Requests can be used in conjunction with:
Players and volunteers can download the mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for their mobile devices.
Once downloaded, players and volunteers will need minimal instructions on requesting the rules official via the mobile app, but it never hurts to provide directions in advance, allowing them to get familiar with the process. We have prepared instructions in the following forms:
