It can be a challenge to effectively market your club's offerings when they are spread across different platforms. Your golfers might have to visit your Golf Genius Hub for tournament information, then navigate to Coach Now for lesson bookings, and finally go to Operation 36 for development programs and events. This fragmented experience means lost opportunities and makes it difficult for golfers to see all the valuable instruction, events, and programs your facility provides.

In this article, we will discuss how to set up your integration to display Coach Now and Operation 36 in your Golf Hub.
Enabling the Integrations
Integrating your Coach Now Lesson Booking Calendars and Operation 36 Event Calendars requires a simple setup within your account in the My Golf Hub - Settings. Follow the instructions below:
From the Customer Center, navigate to Directories & Registration > My Golf Hub.
Select the Settings Tab.
Set the default Course, if one is not already established (as shown below). Note: The default course must be selected to enable the integration.
After selecting the default course, the Coach Now and Operation 36 Link options will be displayed (as shown below).
Click Save to apply the settings.
Entering Links
After enabling the integration by setting the course, you will be able to enter links for your Coach Now Lesson Booking Calendars and Operation 36 Event Calendars in two locations:
My Golf Hub - Settings as a Default Link: The default link will be applied to all existing and newly created Hubs.
New or Existing My Hubs: While you can establish a default links for new and existing Hubs, you can also set unique links for each Hub you have created (i.e., Events, Leagues, Clinic, etc.)
Note: For Association and Multi-Course Operation, links cannot be added to Aggregating Hubs.
Setting the Default Links
From the Customer Center, navigate to Directories & Registration > My Golf Hub.
Select the Settings Tab.
Set the default Course, if one is not already established. Note: The default course must be selected to enable the integration.
After selecting the default course, the Coach Now and Operation 36 Link options will be displayed.
Fill in the following (Note: Both options can be used independently.):
Coach Now Link: Navigate to your public Coach Now Booking Calendar and copy the URL. The URL will look similar to the following, where the "X's" are your club's ID:
https://app.coachnow.io/public/facility_availability?facilityId=XXXXXXXXOperation 36 Link: Navigate to your public Operation 36 page and copy the URL. The URL will look similar to the following, where the "X's" are your club's ID:

Click "Save" to apply the settings. After clicking save, a new Tile will appear in the Hubs chosen based on the Visibility Behavior at the top of My Golf Hub Setup, Setting tab (as shown below).
Setting Unique Links for Each Hub

If you have not already done so, enable the integration as outlined above.
Your Hub must be a Non-Aggregated Hub (Associations & MCO Only).
From the Customer Center, navigate to Directories & Registration > My Golf Hub.
Edit an existing hub or create a new hub.
Near the bottom of the page, you will see the following options to fill in (Note: Both options can be used independently.):
Coach Now Link: Navigate to your public Coach Now Booking Calendar and copy the URL. The URL will look similar to the following, where the "X's" are your club's ID:
