Why are my guests not syncing from the ForeTees event roster?

Q: Guests were not included during the event roster sync from ForeTees to Golf Genius. Why do the guests not sync?

A: While guests can be synced using the event roster sync, a specific feature called "Guest Tracking" must be enabled in ForeTees. If this feature is not enabled, only members are synced to Golf Genius.

To get your guest to sync, please reach out directly to ForeTees at prosupport@foretees.com, and ask them to enable the "Guest Tracking" feature.
