When using Generalized Event Roster Sync, why is my roster not automatically updated after registration is closed?

Q: When using ForeTees registration and Generalized Event Roster Sync, my Golf Genius Event/League roster was updating automatically. However, since registration has been closed on ForeTees, my Golf Genius roster is no longer updated automatically. Why is my roster not updating anymore?

A: When registration is open with ForeTees, the Event/League roster is automatically updated daily in the evening. However, changes made to the ForeTees roster will no longer automatically sync with your Golf Genius Roster once registration is closed.

If you have made changes to your ForeTees roster that need to be synced to your Golf Genius roster, you have two options:

  1. "Force" the Event/League roster update by enabling registration in ForeTees and then update the roster in Golf Genius by going to Golfers > Import Roster from External Website. For more details about importing an event roster, Click Here.

  2. Manually update the Event/League roster by making any changes in Golf Genius. For more details about updating a player profile, Click Here.
