Towbook has a digital integration with Agero that allows you to receive your calls directly inside Towbook.
With Digital Dispatching, calls come directly into your dispatch screen. You can review the details for a call, enter an ETA and Accept the call. The call will be added to Towbook system within a few seconds if your ETA is accepted. If you miss the digital dispatch request, Towbook automatically requests a phone call from the Agero dispatcher so you’re sure to not miss any calls.
It’s very simple to “log in” to Agero digital dispatching inside Towbook.
To activate digital dispatching, go to the "Accounts" section in Towbook, select Agero and you will see a green “Connect with Agero” button on the right side of the screen. When you select “Connect with Agero”, you will be taken to the Agero sign in page where you can enter your Agero Support username and password.
After you’ve signed into Agero, you have the option to receive your jobs without a phone call by signing into Digital Dispatching. You can sign into Digital Dispatching by clicking the button that says “Sign In to Dispatch” or “Sign Out from Dispatch” (see below). This tells Agero that you’re accepting calls digitally (without a phone call).
Calls will come directly into your dispatch screen – all you have to do is click "Accept" and enter the ETA and the call will be added to your system. If you don’t respond or accept the call within 4 minutes you will receive a phone call from the Agero dispatcher.
