Towbook has an integration with Geico that allows you to receive your calls inside Towbook.

With Digital Dispatching, calls come directly into your dispatch screen. You can review the details for a call, enter an ETA and Accept the call. The call will be added to Towbook system within a few seconds if your ETA is accepted. If you miss the digital dispatch request, Towbook automatically requests a phone call from the Geico dispatcher so you’re sure to not miss any calls.

To activate Geico digital dispatching, please obtain your Provider ID worksheet (from your rep) and send it to support@towbook.com. The worksheet includes;

  1. Geico Provider IDs (we need each of your provider IDs for Geico)

  2. Your Federal Tax ID

  3. Your Geico location ID (ex ab:1234567)

It usually takes about 3 days for Geico to process the request and activate your digital dispatching. When it’s activated, your calls will begin to appear in Towbook in a pop-up window. You can click on the call to view the call details, then enter your ETA and accept the Job.
