Quest-Digital Dispatching

Towbook has an integration with Quest that allows you to receive your calls directly inside your Towbook system.

With Digital Dispatching, calls come directly into your dispatch screen. You can review the details for a call, enter an ETA and Accept the call. The call will be added to Towbook system within a few seconds if your ETA is accepted.

To activate Quest digital dispatch, please follow these steps.

  1. Go to "Accounts" in Towbook and select "Quest" (or add Quest as a new account if it’s not on your list).

  2. Select "Modify Account".

  3. Enter your Contractor ID (at the bottom of the page – see below).

Note: It usually takes one to two business days to complete the activation process after you enter your Contractor ID.

This feature is available in our Premium Plan (or any plan above Premium).

Once you have finished these steps, please let us know so that we can complete your registration from our end.
