Towbook has a digital dispatching integration with Allstate (this also includes Gerber National Claim Services jobs if you are contracted with them) that allows you to receive your calls inside Towbook.
With Digital Dispatching, calls come directly into your dispatch screen. You can review the details for a call, enter an ETA and Accept the call. The call will be added to Towbook system within a few seconds if your ETA is accepted.
To activate Allstate digital dispatch, please provide our support team with your Provider ID(s) and they will be happy to connect them for you!
This feature is available in our Premium Plan (or any plan above Premium).
