Towbook has a digital dispatching integration with Allstate that allows you to receive your calls inside Towbook.

With Digital Dispatching, calls come directly into your dispatch screen. You can review the details for a call, enter an ETA and Accept the call. The call will be added to Towbook system within a few seconds if your ETA is accepted. If you miss the digital dispatch request, Towbook automatically requests a phone call from the Allstate dispatcher so you’re sure to not miss any calls.

To activate Allstate digital dispatch, please follow these steps.

  1. Forward an old call you received from Allstate (via email) to your Towbook email address. You can also have Allstate send your next call to your Towbook email address. If you don’t have your Towbook email address, click on "Settings" (in Towbook) – you should see your email address listed on that page. If not, please let us know. When you receive an email from Allstate, the system automatically matches your Provider ID to the Allstate database and activates the option for Digital Dispatching.

  2. After you have received at least one call via email, go to the "Accounts" section in Towbook and select "Allstate".

  3. Click on the green "Login" Button.

Note 1: If you’re already logged into a different system, you will receive an error message. You can only be logged into Allstate in one system so you must have all your employees log out of Allstate (RoadSmart). You can still be logged into the billing section of Allstate.

Note 2: If you do not see the green Login button, that means you have never received an emailed dispatch from Allstate (in Towbook). You must receive at least one email dispatch before we can activate Digital Dispatching (we verify provider IDs from emails). If you do not have your system email address from Towbook, please let us know and we can send it over immediately.

This feature is available in our Premium Plan (or any plan above Premium).
