Towbook’s mobile apps make it easy for managers and dispatchers to receive calls on their phone, dispatch calls to drivers, and monitor operations. It’s even easy to add a new call from your phone and send it to a driver.
When you send calls to your drivers, they can take photos that get added to the call automatically. They can use the plate to VIN feature, get a signature from the customer on the phone and even email or text a receipt.
iPhone and Android Phones. To download the Towbook mobile app for your Android or iPhone, please go to Google Play (for Android) or the Apple Store (for iPhone and search for Towbook. The app is free, and you can download it quickly. Once you download the app, you can log in using the username and password you have set up for Towbook.
Windows Phone. If you have a Windows phone you will need to use Towbook’s web app. We don’t have a specific app for Windows phones because they are far less common.
