Digital Dispatching Overview

A brief overview of digital dispatching.

Digital Dispatching is a great way to save time, increase the efficiency of your team, and help you grow your business.

Towbook has a Digital Dispatching option for many of the major motor clubs. Our current list of Digital Dispatching Partners includes;

  • Agero

  • Allstate

  • Geico

  • Road America

  • Quest

  • NSD (Nation Safe Drivers

  • Coach-Net / Pinnacle (coming soon)

  • NAC (National Auto Club) (coming soon)

With Digital Dispatching, calls come directly into your dispatch screen (see below). You can simply select "Accept" and enter an ETA and the call will automatically add to Towbook. You also have the option to request a phone call immediately from most motor clubs when the dispatch request is received.

If you miss the digital dispatch request, Towbook automatically requests a phone call from the motor club so you’re sure not to miss any calls.

Also, keep in mind that we now have the ability to add mileage to calls automatically, plus we have a new GPS/Mapping feature for Dispatching.

Digital Dispatching is available in our Premium Plan, plus any plan above Premium.
