This article explains how to send shipping notification emails to your customers Via Shopify.

How does the customer receive the shipping email via Shopify?

If you are in the starter plan, this is how your customer receives the shipping email.

When an order is shipped, Shopify automatically sends a shipping confirmation email to the customer. Moreover, when an order is in "Out for Delivery" or "Delivered" status, Track123 also sends fulfillment events to Shopify, triggering Shopify to send "Out for Delivery" emails and "Delivered" emails.

You can preview the email in Shopify > Settings > Notifications > Shipping

How to send fulfillment events to Shopify?

Steps

  1. Head to Track123 > Setting > enable the feature Send shipping tracking events to Shopify

  2. Click the Delivery Notifications to be sure Delivery Notifications are turned on.
