How to integrate with Shopify Flow?

Flow is an event-based feature that enables you to create automated workflows. This integration allows you to customize workflows based on orders Status Update, Shipment Stalled and Shipment delay.

Notes: Shopify Flow is available only to the following:

  • stores that subscribe to the Shopify Plus, Advanced, or Shopify plans


How to use orders status update trigger?

If you want to create an automation that once my order has been delivered, a "Delivered" tag will be added. To achieve it, please follow the steps below.

Step 1

  1. From your Shopify admin > click Shopify Flow > Click Create workflow.

  2. Click Select a trigger.

Step 2

Locate to Track123 app > choose Shipment status update.

Note: If Shopify says you need to install the Track123 app, please reinstall the Shopify flow and restart the steps. (The data will be saved after you reinstall the app. )

Step 3

  1. Click Then icon to create a new step. Click Condition.

  2. Click Add criteria on the right side and select Status.

  3. Input Delivered into the Shipment Status field.

Step 4

  1. Click Then →Click Actions

  2. Click the Add order tags.

  3. Input the Delivered into the Tags field, and select the Delivered.

Step 5

  1. Click More actions-rename, and then enter a title for your workflow.

  2. To start using your workflow, click Turn on workflow.

In this case, once your orders have been updated to Delivered status based on Track123, the"Delivered" tag will be added.


How to use Shipment Stalled and Shipment Delay trigger?

If you want to to customize workflows based on Shipment Stalled and Shipment delay. Please head to Track123 APP-Setting-integration:

Enable the trigger you would like to use:

Shipment Stalled Trigger Setup

After enabling the Shipment Stalled trigger in the app, navigate to Shopify Flow.

  1. From your Shopify admin > click Shopify Flow > Click Create workflow.

  2. Click Select a trigger.

  3. Locate to Track123 app > choose Shipment Stalled.

  4. Click condition- configure the Stay Day and enter the desired number of days.

Further workflow settings can be configured as needed based on your business requirements.

Shipment Delay Trigger Setup:

After enabling the Shipment Delay trigger in the app, navigate to Shopify Flow.

  1. From your Shopify admin > click Shopify Flow > Click Create workflow.

  2. Click Select a trigger.

  3. Locate to Track123 app > choose Shipment delay.

  4. Click condition-configure the Transit Day and enter the desired number of days.

Further workflow settings can be configured as needed based on your business requirements.


Shipment status

Please enter the shipment status text exactly as shown below, and ensure the capitalization matches.

Info received

The carrier has received a request from the shipper and is preparing to pick up the package.

In transit

The shipment is in transit.

Out for delivery

The shipment is out for delivery or has arrived at the collection point for pick up.

Failed attempt

Carrier attempted to deliver but failed due to address issues, unavailability of the recipient, etc.

Exception

Parcels are damaged, returned, customs detained, and other abnormal situations.

Delivered

Parcel delivered successfully.

Expired

Parcel has no tracking information for 30 days since added.
