The Exception Analytics dashboard helps you track, analyze, and act on shipment exceptions. Whether you’re monitoring returned, damaged, or lost packages, this dashboard offers powerful visual tools and filtering options to uncover the root causes.

Access Exception Analytics
Navigate to the Analytics section in Track123 APP, then select the Exception tab.
Use the filters at the top to tailor your data view
Date Range: Choose from preset or custom date ranges.
Carrier: Focus on specific logistics providers.
Destination: Filter by country for more localized insights.
Once filters are applied, the dashboard refreshes automatically with updated charts and metrics.
*Click Print if you need a physical copy or offline report.
Understanding the Dashboard Components
Summary Metrics (Top Bar)
The top row highlights the key exception indicators for the selected filters:
Exception Rate: Percentage of total shipments that encountered exceptions.
Total Exceptions: Total number of shipments with any form of exception.
Returned: Number of shipments returned to sender or origin.
Damaged & Lost: Total number of parcels reported as damaged or lost.
Each metric is accompanied by a percentage indicator showing changes compared to the previous time period.
Exception Shipments
This section displays a daily trend chart of shipments that encountered exceptions.
Filtering: You can select specific exception types (e.g., Returned, Damaged, Customs issues) to narrow the view.
Detailed Orders: Click View Order on the right to access the exception order list.
This helps you track spikes in exception events and investigate them at the order level.
Top 5 Exceptions
This section shows the most common exception reasons during the selected period.
Filter Options: You can toggle between different carriers or destinations to identify whether certain partners or countries are driving higher exception volumes.
Exceptions by Current Status
Here, you can view the current distribution of exception shipments across all statuses.
Exception Shipments by Destination (Map View)
This visual map helps you understand where most exceptions are occurring globally.
Filter Options: Switch between country and state views.
Zoom In/Out: Scroll your mouse over the map to zoom in and explore specific regions.
Hovering over a country or region reveals the exact number of exceptions.
